ImageTownhouse owners are asked not to use more than the allotted number of parking spaces allowed per dwelling.

We would like to remind townhouse owners that they are entitled to use no more than 2 (two) parking spaces per Townhouse. Please refer to Article IV, Section 5 (five) of the Willow Brook Covenants. It states:

Section 5. Parking Rights. Ownership of each Townhouse Lot shall entitle the Owner or Owners thereof to the use of not more than two (2) automobile parking spaces within the Property, which shall be as near and convenient to said Lot as reasonably possible, together with the right of ingress and egress to, from and upon said parking area. For those Townhouse Lots, upon which is provided a garage and driveway, the entitlement to two (2) automobile parking spaces shall be met by such garage and driveway. If the Association deems it necessary, it may, at its option, permanently assign one parking space for each Lot which does not have a garage and driveway.

Parking rules are specified in Article IV, Section 6 (six), Paragraph C of the Willow Brook Covenants. It states:

Section 6. Parking Rules. (C) Parking shall be permitted in the streets and roadways within the Property only within those areas so designated and appropriately striped.

Cars in townhouse areas may be parked ONLY in STRIPED parking spaces provided and not along curbs. Residents backing out of designated spaces need enough room to do so without having to watch out for cars parked behind them along curbs. Also, fire trucks, school buses, and service or utility vehicles need unrestricted access to the city streets and may need curbside parking for official business.

DOUBLE PARKING behind designated spaces is illegal because it blocks the city street. Cars DOUBLE PARKED for reasons other than loading and unloading passengers and/or goods may be ticketed and/or towed by the city police.

Residents with additional vehicles and their guests must park on McClellan Drive or in unnumbered spaces only.
